"Putting it up was straightforward overall..."
Putting it up was straightforward overall. There was one part that made me pause for a minute, but once I noticed the pattern of how the pieces were supposed to line up, it clicked quickly

"Shipping took longer than it should have"
The item arrived in good condition, so no complaints there, but the shipping was definitely slower than I expected. What made it more frustrating was getting different answers whenever I checked on it, one update made it sound like it was almost here, then another said something totally different. It was just kind of annoying not knowing what was actually going on

"I bought the wall wine rack..."
I bought the wall wine rack it feels like a good deal. It looks clean on the wall, came packed well, and didn’t cost nearly as much as some others I was looking at. There’s just something about it that makes it feel worth it. I’d buy it again.

"The site just didn’t click for me"
I checked out vintageview.com, and my quick gut reaction was that the site looked a little too plain. Maybe it’s one of those snap judgments, but when a page feels dated, my brain kind of labels it as less polished right away.
The photos themselves are decent, but some parts of the layout felt busy and not super easy to skim through. For a wine rack site, I expected something a bit cleaner and more high-end. It’s not awful, but the overall look made me less excited to keep browsing.

"Really helpful customer service"
I reached out for help and was really happy with the support I got. The person I dealt with was friendly, answered my questions clearly, and made the whole thing feel easy. It was a good experience overall...
